E-Bus Outreach - May 18th and 19th

It's time for OC Transpo to go electric. A few City Councillors are already on board with this idea, but we need to show the rest of City Council, especially those on the Transit Commission, that there's support for electric buses among Ottawa residents!

We're starting with Outreach in Kanata South, the Ward of Allan Hubley, who is Chair of the Transit Commission. The Transit Commission is the decision making body at the City of Ottawa who will need to approve the transition to Electric Buses, so we want to show him that his electorate supports E-buses.

We invite you to join us - a team of positive and supportive volunteers, collecting petition signatures in Kanata South on May 18th,  and 19th, meeting at Rockin' Johnny's Diner at the corner of Hazeldean and Castlefrank at 11am.

Please RSVP below if you can join us. You can sign up for shifts on either day, or both. Feel free to share this page, and bring a friend!

You can find more information about the campaign, including frequently asked questions about electric buses, at plugincanada.ca.

If you haven't already, please sign the petition here, and email your City Councillor and the Mayor here
