Cycling tips:
1. Dress in layers with thick socks & mitts

2. Stay visible with reflective clothing

3. Start 5-10 minutes early to warm up your body

4. Fenders keep you dry

5. A pannier or basket holds extra clothing

6. Lower tire pressure grips better (avg. 80-85 psi)

7. Stay visible with flashing lights and reflectors

8. Ride (at least) 1 metre out from curbs or parked cars

9. Look ahead to stay aware of surface changes

10. Brake early before turning (using rear brakes)
